The Brothers of Kappa Alpha Psi are pleased to invite male senior students to apply for the Kappa Alpha Psi (KAΨ) 2008 ‐2009 Achievement Award. The Award is for the stated academic period only. Applications can be obtained by web, email and telephone:

Candidates must be Bermudian, and a current graduate of a local high school.

All candidates must:

  a.

Present proof of Bermudian status such as a birth certificate and/or passport.

  b.

Supply certified details of academic and community acheivements to date, including details of schooling in Bermuda, transcripts, etc.

  c.

Present a statement of costs and needs.

  d.

Submit a completed application form.

  e.

Submit a typed essay (no more than one page) on your chosen course of study career objectives and reasons why.

  f.

Submit at least 2 written character references from non‐relatives.

  g.

Submit a completed application form, together with all supporting documentation to:
Kappa Alpha Psi Achievement Award Committee, by end of business day 6th June, 2008
